BrightHealth Member Hub Update!

We're excited to bring your attention to our updated Member Hub with a brand new look and feel with improved navigation. It still provides all the same great Member self-service options, such as:

  • Accessing electronic copies of Member ID cards
  • Reviewing claims
  • Setting up recurring payments
  • Completing IFP Rewards activities and more

Note: Members with existing accounts will need to reset their password. An alert will notify the Member as they attempt to login with an email address with the existing account. Bright HealthCare Member Services agents are willing and able to help your clients with questions about the Member Hub and Rewards programs.
